Shipping and Dispatch Times
Please allow 3-5 days for dispatch. While we do keep a high level of stock we cannot hold all the items we sell all the time- especially when there are multiples of the same item in your order. We have a busy retail shop too and can’t always predict demand. However our suppliers are aware of our need for a quick turnaround and most deliver to us in just a few days.
The effects of the Health Crisis on our despatch times is still well below our preferred service level. We are working on it and seeing some improvement. We appreciate your patience at this time and hope you will contact us if you have any concerns.
We will get your order moving asap at all times. If you are ever concerned please give us a call or email and we will come back to you.
When your order is completed you will get an email from our website and another one from Australia Post to advise your tracking details – look for that in your spam folder too.
It is noted on some products that some suppliers do take a little longer and sometimes 7-10 days is needed for dispatch.
Currently, we are only delivering within Australia and New Zealand.
We can ship internationally with your preferred supplier when you provide your international courier account number and contact +61 432 730 970 or firstname.lastname@example.org
All orders are shipped via Australia Post regular post.
Express Post can be arranged if you have an urgent requirement but please note that we are sending from Gladstone, Central Queensland and as a regional centre Express conditions do not apply to a lot of destinations.
Your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved.
Please take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation, public holidays and your location.
